Sleep is an activity done by all humans. From the smallest baby to the eldest senior citizen, sleep comes to all. However, sleeping is an activity you can be challenged by. 5. Be Gentle
If you’re aware that you’re having sleep trouble, frustration could set in as you lay there awake. It’s important to be gentle and kind to yourself. Fight frustration by having beloved books or other peaceful activities ready to go if you do wake up before the alarm goes off.
